15 lightyears has a career opportunity for a Project Manager at our Longwood location. We are seeking candidates with educational background and/or job experience in construction and management.

Job Qualifications

• Experience in construction management field or relevant education/experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Excellent me management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• AutoCAD experience is a plus but not required

• Electrical construction experience is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage successful project completion from estimation to project close out.

• Prepare and Manage project schedules for materials and installation.

• Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.

• Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.

• Manage subcontractor bid requests and contracting.

• Oversee on site progress of both self performed and subcontracted work.

• Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.

• Ensure quality installations and drawings are being executed.

• Actively utilize project construction management software, Procore

• Issue and Manage RFI's for project

• Oversee development and successful completion of punch list at close out of projects

• Secure perming and oversee process, when applicable

• Work effectively with superintendents, contractors, subcontractors and governing authorities

• Build out estimates as needed

• Job site visits are required. 25 - 40% travel me
