TIM SMITH

Chief Building Scientist & Operations Manager

Tim has a full background in operations and construction management. He is currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Sustainable Engineering at Seminole State College of Florida and plans to complete a Master's Degree in Sustainable Design Technologies. Tim is knowledgeable in all the major green building programs and holds credentials for most the major systems. He is on the Board of Directors for the USGBC Central Florida Chapter and serves as the Education and Program Committee Chair. At Seminole State College he holds a position on the College Advisory Council as both the student representative and sustainability advisor.
